Highlight Too Redish Can I Add Brown Toner?

ITALY June 2 ..

Italy is a democratic republic founded on work .. so who recite the opening lines of the Constitution, and as everyone knows (or at least I hope that everyone knows!) is celebrated on June 2 and is celebrated the commemoration of the birth of the Italian Republic.

fact, during the date (exactly 2:03 June) back in 1946 (with the devastating World War II soon put behind him) was called the Italian people to express themselves, with universal suffrage (women finally went to the polls), to decide its present and its future and future generations: to continue the journey of a young and fragile nation under the leadership of the Savoia royal family or to a turning point and become a republic?

How did what is known (and who does not know ... go back to school!): With a couple of million votes to scrap was imposed on the Republic and the Savoy monarchy were immediately banished, like the Italians, as a result of the choices monarchy in recent years have voted for the monarchy still remains a big mystery! Italy was declared a republic 18 June 1946 and since that day ... no doubt changed Italian history, a chapter closed es'iniziĆ² to write a completely new!

What you may not know is that, on the occasion of this celebration, is celebrated not only in Italy but in all our embassies around the world. Another curiosity that may not be aware of all is that before which established the Republic , the Italian National Day was celebrated on the first Sunday of March as the anniversary of the granting of the Statuto Albertino.

The ceremony of Republic Day is expected to take the traditional military parade, the first occurred in 1948 and took place at the Roman Forum in Rome.

the morning, the President of the Republic lays a wreath at the Unknown Soldier at the Altare della Patria, following a military parade in the presence of the highest offices of state. In the afternoon the celebrations continue with the opening public gardens of the Quirinal Palace, the seat of President of the Republic, with musical performances of the various bands military.

Obviously the Italian Republic is represented by a coat of arms as well as from the flag, but how many know its meaning? E 'consists of three elements: the star, the wheel dentata, an olive branch to the left and one of oak on the right. Let us explain the significance of each, the star has always been a symbol of Italy, already in the iconography of the Renaissance. The steel gear translates figuratively the first verses of the Constitution and is therefore a symbol of work. The olive branch symbolizes the desire for peace in the nation, both domestically and internationally, while the oak tree embodies the strength and dignity of the Italian people. Beautiful is not it?!

For 64 years after the birth of our Republic ... ... Italians still feel that their "public" (from the Latin "res publica") or if they feel a little deprived? Italians still believe in the principles of the Republic or are a bit 'resigned to something that looks less and less of what is described in the first articles of our Constitution? The Feast of the Republic is the opportunity to revisit the symbols of our country, but rather how to think revisit places, landscapes and tourist destinations just taking advantage of these holidays? And yet ... but Republic is the unity of a people?

ITALIAN word to you ... have your say!
